What do I do if my item arrive broken/damaged?
Oh no! Please send us an email with an image of the defective item to info@thecoffeetablestore.com to start a claim for the item. Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case. Please note, all damages must be emailed to us within 7 days of the delivered date to be covered.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order! We offer returns for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items, special orders, and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable. Items must include original packaging and be in new condition. Please email info@thecoffeetablestore.com to get to the process going.

Our prices are in Canadian currency.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number confirming that your order has been shipped (be sure to check your junk folder).
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process most orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the order, Monday through
Friday. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Due to Covid-19, we have seen significant
delays with shipping times, we appreciate your patience.
What is your shipping rate for orders in Canada?
All orders placed are processed, packed and shipped within Canada. Your order will be shipped using Canada Post and no duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.
Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
